3 Steps Where Do I Start
1. Call for consultation – You may or may not know what you or your family member’s care in home care needs are; either way, a call to our client concierge will help you better understand this services.
We will schedule a time that is convenient to visit you in your home. Our Care Manager will review your medical history and perform an evaluation of your physical,spiritual, and social needs. The in-home consultation provides us with the information required to create a Care Plan, which will be used to document and track our client’s status and acts as an action plan for our packaged services care.
2. Review services - By hiring AppleRed Healthcare Services, you will have a home health caregiving solution customized to meet your needs. Simply tell us what you want and we will include it in your home health care plan
3. Establishing care plan - Upon completion of the health care assessment and review of our options, our Care Manager will complete a detailedHome Health Care Plan
